Train Wreck Comedy Concert Series presents

KELLY TAYLOR

The Train Wreck Comedy Concert Series is bringing five unforgettable nights of world-class stand-up comedy to the Rotary Centre for the Arts, featuring some of the funniest professional comedians from across North America. From razor-sharp storytelling to side-splitting crowd work, each show delivers huge energy, big personalities, and nonstop laughs in one of the city’s premier live entertainment venues. Whether you're a die-hard comedy fan or just looking for an incredible night out, this is the must-see comedy event series of the year!

Kelly Taylor’s rise through the comedy world has been nothing short of explosive. Just nine short months after stepping on stage for the very first time, Kelly was already headlining clubs — a rare feat that immediately turned heads across the industry.

In only his second year of comedy, Kelly shocked the Canadian comedy scene by placing second in the prestigious Just For Laughs Homegrown Competition, competing against comedians with more than a decade of experience. His breakout performance caught the attention of major industry players, including NBC Universal, Happy Gilmore Productions, and Jimmy Kimmel’s team, all expressing immediate interest in the rising star.

That same year, Kelly toured the Canadian college circuit and was crowned Canadian College Comedian of the Year. After quickly conquering stages across Canada, he expanded south of the border and became one of the busiest comedians on the American college scene.

Kelly also starred in the lead role of the feature film Sure Shot Dombrowski, showcasing his versatility both on stage and on screen. With the ability to headline comedy clubs, corporate events, and colleges just a few years into his career, Kelly Taylor proved early on that he was the real deal.

In addition to Just For Laughs, Kelly has appeared at both the Vancouver Comedy Festival and the Halifax Comedy Festival, while performing across North America — including standout appearances in Los Angeles and New York City at some of the industry’s most respected comedy clubs.

A true road warrior, Kelly has toured coast-to-coast across Canada, performed in 46 U.S. states, and brought his comedy overseas to audiences throughout Europe and Asia. He has also proudly performed for the troops in Kuwait, Thailand, Oman, and Afghanistan.

Energetic, sharp, and effortlessly likable, Kelly Taylor continues to win over audiences everywhere he performs.
